ACESocial is a service that posts timely, relevant and trusted consumer focused real estate and lifestyle content to your social media sites automatically, helping you save time and stay top of mind with your sphere. The posts are in the form of articles, videos and infographics, as well as optionally incorporating your MLS listings. The system includes a customizable branded landing page so that the content stays branded to you with no competitive ads.
So simple! You will be guided with a step-by-step walkthrough of an easy setup process that you can modify any time. You’ll be asked typical questions including adding your contact information and uploading a profile picture. Next, enter your social media account information via our secure interface and select how often to post—and you’re done!
For individuals, ACESocial offers Basic and Premium plans. Currently, Basic is available for $40/month or a discounted rate of $360 annually. Those interested in highlighting their MLS listings may be interested in ACESocial Premium, available at $50/mo or a discounted rate of $480 annually.
ACESocial can post to Facebook Pages*, LinkedIn personal profile, LinkedIn company page(s) and Twitter. As of this writing, Instagram is in beta testing and will be available very soon.
*Services like ACESocial cannot post directly to your personal Facebook profiles, just Facebook Pages, but you can certainly Like or Share your own posts, which may increase the odds of it being seen by your personal sphere.
Yes! ACESocial Premium includes the option to connect to our listing data source. Once connected, users are able to:
- Schedule a specific listing to appear on social media on a specific day.
- Use the ‘set it and forget it’ automatic option—ACESocial will automatically post your new listing and even repeat the post once per week until it is sold.
- You can also feature your listings within the content on your branded landing page. When your audience clicks on a content post, they will be taken to your branded landing page to read the full story. An ad for your listing will appear in the middle of the article, linked to the listing so the reader can explore further details.
- With a generated Lead Capture Form, visitors to your branded listing page will see a form pop up, making it easy for them to contact you directly with any questions about the property.
Yes! You will have a 14-day preview of your schedule including the content that was selected for automatic posting. Leave it as-is, replace or edit to modify the selection.
Yes! In the Settings > Content Type area, you can select the category of content for automatic posting. Options include real estate, lifestyle and luxury content.

Unlike sharing news from other websites or news organizations, ACESocial keeps the focus on you with a fully customizable branded landing page. Your social media audience can click on the post and land on a page featuring your branding—contact information, photo, company colors and logo—and no competitive ads!
You choose the day(s) that you would like for automatic posting. Select posting every day, or just choose certain days of the week.
You can also set different schedules for each social platform. For example, a user could elect to post to LinkedIn on Monday through Friday, post everyday to their Facebook business Page and set Twitter for Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Or, set it and forget it to post every day, automatically!
